Grooming Prices

 Thank you for choosing our grooming services! 

To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all pets, please review and adhere to the following policies: 

1. Cancellations and No-Show Policy:  

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to show up for the appointment will incur a $25 fee without exception. 

2. Vaccination Requirements: 

 All pets must have up-to-date Bordetella, DHLPP, and Rabies vaccines prior to receiving grooming services. 

 It is the pet parent’s responsibility to monitor and maintain vaccination records and expiration dates.  

The daycare is not responsible for reminding pet parents about vaccine expiration dates. 

3. Pick-Up Policy: 

Pet parents will receive a call 10 minutes before their pet’s grooming session is complete.  Once notified, pet parents have 30 minutes to pick up their pet. If the pet is not picked up within the 30-minute window, daycare service charges will apply. 

4. Safety and Cleanliness: 

The safety and cleanliness of your pet is our top priorities. While your pet is in our care, we will ensure that it is treated with love, care, and attention in a clean and secure environment.
