Sitting (In Your Home)
Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella must be up to date. If your pet is not current on these vaccines, we will not be able to accept them for grooming.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your appointment, a $25 fee will be charged without exception.
We’ll call approximately 10 minutes before your pet’s grooming session is complete. You will have 30 minutes to pick up your pet after the notification. After that, daycare charges will apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to show up for the appointment, will incur a $25 fee without exception.
Vaccination Requirements
All pets must have up-to-date Bordetella, DHLPP, and Rabies vaccines prior to receiving grooming services.
It is the pet parent’s responsibility to monitor and maintain vaccination records and expiration dates.
The daycare is not responsible for reminding pet parents about vaccine expiration dates.
Pick-Up Policy
Pet parents will receive a call approximately 10 minutes before their pet’s grooming session is complete. Once notified, pet parents have 30 minutes to pick up their pet. If the pet is not picked up within the 30-minute window, daycare service charges will apply.
